These include: the company name and address of your company, the Chamber of Commerce and VAT number, your own name, your email address, your telephone number, your company’s bank account number, the browser you use and your IP address.

The Platform
The person concerned may choose not to fill in all the information requested by tradeinterop. Only the fields marked * are mandatory. If you choose not to fill in all fields, we may not be able to serve you as quickly and adequately as we could.

Newsletter and white papers
The person concerned is not obliged to provide personal data to tradeinterop. If the data subject does not provide tradeinterop with his personal data, he will not be informed by tradeinterop via email about new products and services of tradeinterop and he will not be able to download the whitepapers provided by tradeinterop.

Recipients of personal data
Tradeinterop provides your personal data to companies within the tradeinterop group of companies. Tradeinterop uses Amazon Web Services (AWS). You can read more about data privacy at AWS here. Retention period of personal data
Tradeinterop uses the following criteria to determine the period for which your personal data will be stored: legal retention periods and the moment of cancellation/removal.

Security
Tradeinterop provides modern and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Tradeinterop is ISO 27001 certified. All your data is stored on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers and always within the European Economic Area (EEA). Both the tradeinterop Platform and our website are secured with an SSL certificate.

Tradeinterop uses only functional cookies by default. When visiting our website for the first time, every visitor gets a pop-up of our cookie compliance plugin.
