E-invoicing and Peppol
With e-invoicing, e-invoices are sent by the sender’s software and automatically processed in the recipient’s software. This saves a lot of time and makes processes more efficient. Tradeinterop helps with both sending and receiving e-invoices, simply using the organisation’s existing software.
There are several ways to exchange e-invoices and, for example, e-orders. One of these ways is Peppol. Peppol is a global network that enables the secure exchange of e-invoices and other commercial documents. In the Netherlands, the central government, water authorities, provinces, municipalities and many companies are connected to Peppol. Tradeinterop is Peppol Service Provider. We connect companies, governments and software vendors to Peppol. Besides Peppol, there are other networks we can connect your software to, e.g. SCSN.
Does your software use a different file format than you need for exchange via Peppol or another network? That’s not a problem. Our advanced conversion engine ensures that you can always send and receive your e-invoices in the correct format.
