This is how we protect your data

In order to protect your data in the best possible way, we ensure modern and adequate technical and organisational measures. We are ISO 27001 certified and are periodically audited for this by the accredited organisation Brand Compliance. In addition, data is stored on secure servers of Amazon Web Services (among others PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 certified) and both the tradeinterop Platform and the website are secured with an SSL certificate.

We process this data

When you use the tradeinterop platform, we need some information in order to provide you with the service.
This concerns the following data:
– The company name and address details of your company
– The Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number and IBAN
– Your own name
– Your e-mail address, IP address and telephone number

For example, when you create a support ticket, subscribe to the newsletter or download a white paper, your data is stored by us. In our privacy statement, we describe exactly what data we collect, for what purposes and for how long it is kept.
